West Ham Players Left Annoyed Over Kurt Zouma Fine Revelation

West Ham United players have reportedly been left annoyed by the revelation of how much Kurt Zouma in earning, following his fine.

There has been uproar this week towards Zouma, and West Ham, over the disturbing video on social media that showed him kicking and hitting his cats.

The report claims that there had been rumours amongst the players how much the defender was on following his arrival from Chelsea last summer but no confirmation.

His fine has confirmed him as the best paid player at the club and could lead to other important players asking to be on similar wages to the 27-year-old.

Michail Antonio and Andriy Yarmolenko are thought to around £100,000-a-week, with the former having recently signed a new deal, but others are not on anywhere near that much.

The likes of Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal could be left demanding parity, or near parity, with the French centre back and the club's chances of keeping hold of Declan Rice will certainly take a hit if they can't offer him close to Zouma's wages.

Despite their annoyance at finding out his wages, Hammers' teammates have backed Zouma and are generally of the opinion that the whole situation has been blown out of proportion.
