'We are falling apart': Family left shattered after grandad, 81, gets on bus and suddenly vanishes
A family have been left shattered after a much-loved grandad caught a bus after leaving home and suddenly vanished.
Ronald Webster, known as 'Ronnie', 81, had been 'pottering around in his garden' just minutes before leaving his Oldham home and catching a bus to Huddersfield last Thursday afternoon (September 14) - but has not been seen since.
His granddaughter Paige Tattersall has told the Manchester Evening News that Ronald, who has now been missing for almost a week without his medication, phone, and with just the clothes on his back, has no links to the Huddersfield area and that his sudden disappearance has left members of the family 'broken'.

A number of urgent appeals have been shared by Greater Manchester Police following Ronald's disappearance, including footage of him leaving his home on Walkers Road, in Oldham, and also images of him on a bus to Huddersfield the same day.
It has since been confirmed following enquiries that the pensioner travelled to Huddersfield bus station last Thursday and was seen on CCTV cameras there after getting off the bus at around 3.45pm.
"I got a call on the Friday afternoon from my grandad's number so I answered it and it was my uncle asking if I had spoke to my gran," Paige said. "He said 'your grandad has been gone since yesterday and still not come home.'
"I rang my mum straight away who jumped in the car and headed to my grandmas and I contacted the police on 999 to report it. We had instantly already lost 24 hours as we did not know he had been missing overnight. My grandma
