WATCH | Springbok skipper Siya Kolisi one of the stars on grid at Monaco GP
Springbok captain Siya Kolisi was one of the stars interviewed by Formula 1 correspondent Martin Brundle on the grid ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday.
Brundle's segment before every race, where he walks up and down the track and spontaneously quizzes the rich and famous who have gathered and gained entry to to the starting grid, has become a hallmark of the F1 broadcast in recent years.
This time, Kolisi was one of those celebrities, attending the Grand Prix representing Red Bull, who is one of his sponsors.
In his interview with Brundle, Kolisi correctly predicts that Ferrari's Charles Leclerc would win the race.
Comically, when the interview is completed, Kolisi spots former Springbok team-mate Tendai Mtawarira on the grid and the two World Cup winners share a huge embrace and reunion.
Brundle, oblivious to the significance of two of South African rugby's greatest ever stars reuniting, casually moves on and says: "There's somebody else I want to talk to down here".
