WATCH: Liam Livingstone hits jaw-dropping biggest six of IPL 2022

Punjab Kings' batter Liam Livingstone on Tuesday smashed the biggest six of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season. With the ball travelling a gigantic distance of 117m off Livingstone's bat, it left everybody in awe, including Gujarat Titans' bowler Mohammed Shami and Punjab skipper Mayank Agarwal. India veteran Shami came to bowl the 16th over in an attempt to keep Gujarat in the game, but Livingstone had other plans. On the first delivery of the over, he smashed Shami for the longest six of the season.

Shami bowled a short-of-length delivery that pitched on off stump, to which Livingstone swung hard and the ball got deposited into the top tier of the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy. Such was the monstrosity of that six that even Shami was left astounded, as he was seen smiling as the ball was sent sailing. In the Punjab dugout, Livinsgtone's teammate and skipper Mayank Agarwal jumped out of his seat and was left astounded. The big hit was followed by two more sixes and two fours as Punjab won by eight wickets. In total, 28 runs came off that Shami over as Livingstone finished the match with four overs to spare.
