Watch: Heimir Hallgrímsson announces Ireland squad for World Cup playoffs

The Republic of Ireland squad for next week's World Cup playoff away to Czechia will be revealed shortly.

Séamus Coleman and Robbie Brady are both set to be included, while QPR midfielder Harvey Vale is in line for a first call-up.

Josh Cullen. Evan Ferguson and Mikey Johnston are all ruled out through injury.

A win in Prague next Thursday would set up a winner-takes-all final against either Denmark or North Macedonia at the Aviva Stadium.
