Watch: Ball-Boy Takes Stunning Catch In PSL, Celebrates With Fielder

A ball-boy stole the limelight in the Pakistan Super League on Monday, taking a stunning catch beyond the boundary rope. Though six runs were credited to the batter's account for clearing the rope, it was the ball-boy who drew plaudits from fans in the stadium, as well as Kiwi star Colin Munro, for his diving catch. Munro, who was placed near the boundary rope where the ball-boy took the catch, was amazed to see the little child's effort and decided to give him a warm hug.

The incident took place during the match between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi. It was a delivery from Islamabad pacer Faheem Ashraf that Zalmi's Amer Jamal hit for a maximum.

In the same match earlier, the ball-boy had dropped the catch. But he didn't spill the chance the second time. While the ball marginally crossed the rope, it was amazing to see a fielder celebrating a six, sharing a light moment with the ball-boy. Here's the video:

Islamabad United emerged triumphant, limiting Peshawar Zalmi to 167/9 after scoring 196/4 themselves. Shadab Khan was named the player of the match.
