Was it right for someone to leave an angry note on this car?

After seeing a car parked outside their house, an infuriated homeowner took matters into their own hands by plastering it with angry notes.

The homeowner claimed the parked car had blocked a skip collection due that day, and the incident has caused debate among our readers.

With people still split on the issue, we want to know your thoughts on whether it was right to leave an angry note.

Let us know what you think about the notes in our comments section.

The notes left on the car, a Vauxhall Corsa parked on a road in Liverpool, labelled the act as "selfish idiotic parking", claiming that the skip removal team were now charging extra as they had been unable to collect the skip that afternoon.

Some readers had sympathy for the homeowner, with one saying: "Tow the car off and park it in a pay and display car park."

Another added: "Not surprised drivers these days just don’t care park where they want without a care."

However, not everyone was in agreement, with one person responding: "If the car is taxed, MOT and insured, park where they like. How was the driver to know the skip was being collected that day."

Others were also unsympathetic, with one reader saying: "Had they properly planned the event the skip company could have provided cones to place on the road on the collection day to keep access clear."

Do you think the angry notes were justified? Let us know what you think in the comments section.
