Warren Gatland and WRU chief hold live press conference days after World Cup exit

Wales are out of the Rugby World Cup and back on home soil after a rollercoaster six weeks or so spent in France. Despite their elimination at the quarter-final stages of the tournament at the hands of Argentina, there were more pluses than minuses for Warren Gatland and his charges, who appear to have put some pride back in the Wales jersey.

After having spent five months in each other's company, players will now return to their clubs for the domestic season, while Gatland and WRU chief Nigel Walker will face the media today to give their take on the tournament as a whole.

There will be further questions on the head coach's future, with a rumoured break clause in his contract, while a number of players may have now featured for their country for the last time.
