VAR issue reason why Celtic DIDN'T get penalty for handball as Scott Brown goes up against 7 doubting pundits

Celtic didn't get a penalty after the ball hit Ben Davies' arm in the Rangers box at Hampden - because it was a 'natural movement' from the defender.

However that reveal didn't stop the pundits debating it, with Scott Brown going against the grain to argue it SHOULD have been given.
