Van Staden, Nkosi ruled out of Springbok tour with injuries after Bulls duty

Sbu Nkosi and Marcon van Staden will not be joining the Springboks on their end-of-year tour because of injuries picked up on United Rugby Championship duty for the Bulls. 

SA Rugby confirmed the news on Tuesday after coach Jacques Nienaber named his side for this weekend's clash against Ireland in Dublin. 

Both players suffered rib injuries in the Bulls' victory over the Sharks on Sunday, and it was further confirmed that they would not be joining up with the national squad. 

No replacements will be called up.
