Gold medals flowed like honey into his hands as Bolt revolutionised the world of athletics, crafting himself into a bona-fide superstar that transcended not only his field, but sport itself.

He would plunder eight Olympic gold medals before calling time on his career, while setting countless other records, clinching numerous other individual prizes, and running in some of the greatest races ever.

He quickly became one of the most famous men on the planet but it never truly seemed to go to his head.

While, of course, Bolt did posses an unerring level of self-confidence, he never let his success tear him away from what made him so popular in the first place; his one-of-a-kind person-ability.
