Urgent appeal issued to find missing schoolgirl, 13, last seen three days ago

Police are searching for a missing Trafford schoolgirl who was last seen three days ago. Ruby went missing on Saturday (August 31).

She was last seen at around 12pm in Altrincham. Her surname has not been given by Greater Manchester Police.

Ruby is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall and of slim build. She has long, straight dark hair.

Police have issued an urgent appeal to find Ruby on social media this morning. A photo of Ruby has also been released.

Anyone who sees Ruby or has information on her whereabouts is urged to come forward as soon as possible. A GMP spokesperson added: "Officers want to make sure she is safe and well.
