URC: Leinster, Ulster and Connacht name teams for Round 11

Ross and Harry Byrne will both start for Leinster in Saturday's BKT United Rugby Championship trip to Cardiff (live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player).

Harry, the younger of the Byrne brothers, will make a rare start at inside centre, among two changes from the side that defeated Benetton last time out.

The Ireland international replaces the injured Tommy O'Brien in the starting side, with a couple of positional changes seeing Liam Turner push out to the wing, and Jamie Osborne pivot to outside centre.

Jordan Larmour also starts having been released from Irish camp this week, and will make his 100th appearance for the province. The 26-year-old replaces Henry McErlean at full-back, while Rob Russell continues on the left wing. Ross Byrne and Luke McGrath form an experienced half-back partnership.

The pack is unchanged, with Scott Penny captaining the team from openside flanker, and is joined by Max Deegan and Will Connors in the back row.

Jason Jenkins and Ross Molony are retained at lock, while Jack Boyle, Lee Barron and Thomas Clarkson continue at the front of the scrum.

After featuring in last week's friendly against Saracens, Michael Milne is in line to make his first competitive appearance of the season from the bench.

Leinster: Jordan Larmour; Liam Turner, Jamie Osborne, Harry Byrne, Rob Russell; Ross Byrne, Luke McGrath; Jack Boyle, Lee Barron, Thomas Clarkson; Ross Molony, Jason Jenkins; Will Connors, Scott Penny (capt), Max Deegan.

Replacements: John McKee, Michael Milne, Michael Ala'alatoa, Brian Deeny, Rhys Ruddock, Ben Murphy, Sam Prendergast, Ben Brownlee.

Ulster stand-in coach Dan Soper (above) has made seven changes to his side, as the province get set for their first game since the departure of head coach Dan McFarland last
