University of Hull embracing exciting opportunities after Rugby League World Cup funding

The University of Hull's head of sport Steve Curtis is looking forward to a host of exciting opportunities for students ahead of the construction of their new rugby league performance, education and community hub. The £1.5 million project has received financial support from the RLWC2021 CreatedBy Legacy Fund, delivered in partnership with the Rugby Football League, (RFL), Sport England and Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS), and Hull City Council.
