UFC London 2022: Paddy Pimblett's insane body transformation

The UFC community is in awe of Paddy Pimblett’s transformation ahead of his second appearance with the company.

The Scouse martial artist is set to take on Rodrigo Vargas at UFC London tonight, which will see him fight on the same card as fellow Brits Tom Aspinall, Arnold Allen, Jai Herbert and Molly McCann.

But Pimblett will be almost unrecognisable when compared to the round-faced UFC newbie who knocked out Luigi Vendramini back in September last year.

Since his ferocious first win in the championship, Pimblett has only become more intimidating thanks to his new build.

In a post to Twitter, a side-by-side picture of Pimblett shows off his impressive cuts – not only has he ditched his bowl hairstyle, but he appears far more athletic and defined.

Pimblett also displayed his new build at the UFC London weigh-ins yesterday, and while his notorious haircut appears to be making a return, his incredible frame resembling that of a fierce fighter seems to be here to stay.

He weighed in at 155 pounds ahead of this weekend’s bout, having weighed 195 at his heaviest since last appearing in the Octagon.

He told the Daily Star: “I’m going to have to try and avoid it this time.

“I think I was nearly 195lb, I was nearly 200lbs, but that’s what happens when you go out and eat three main meals and two desserts every single night.

“I might be fat, but I’ll never get lazy because of this. Everyone who believes in me drive me on every day. 2022 is going to be a big year
