Not many fighters in the UFC stay on their feet after feeling the incredible punching power of Justin Gaethje, as a clip that has emerged of him rocking opponents with a right uppercut shows… except Khabib Nurmagomedov.
The Highlight, whose professional record stands at 23-4, with 19 of his victories coming by way of knockout, has won four of his bouts in MMA’s biggest promotion by KO/TKO over the years.
The American has knocked out some of the best to ever grace the lightweight division, including Tony Ferguson, Donald Cerrone and Edson Barboza, all within a 13-month period!
The clip in question first sees the 33-year-old tag Charles Oliveira, whom he lost to via submission earlier this year in May, in clever fashion.
He opens up the opportunity by using his open left palm to hold the Brazilian still, before delivering a pinpoint right uppercut to the chin which saw Oliveira crash to the canvas.
The second and arguably the best of these comes from his unanimous decision victory over Michael Chandler.

He sets up with a left jab directed at the chest, which was followed by an absolute bomb of the same punch to the left side of ‘Iron’s’ jaw which sent him crumbling into a heap beneath Gaethje.
It can be said that Oliveira and Chandler’s chins may not that be that formidable, as we can evidently them see go down after just one blow, but that could also show just how hard Gaethje hits.
