UFC 304 in Manchester date confirmed by Dana White but fans need one thing for early tickets

After telling the world that UFC 304 would be coming to Manchester, company president Dana White has now revealed more details.

The event is set to take place on Saturday, July 27 and It's been confirmed, after initial rumours, that UFC’s highly anticipated comeback to Manchester will see UFC 304 be the first-ever sporting event at the Co-op Live, what is now the UK’s largest indoor arena. Speaking on the dates being confirmed, UFC President and CEO Dana White said: “I’m so excited to get back to Manchester. And no better time than this summer.”

He added: "We have two champions from the UK and fans have been dying for a UFC PPV event. So here we come to the largest indoor arena in the UK. See you soon, England!” It was in March that White pledged to bring a pay-per-view event to the UK this year and hinted at an imminent announcement.

Speaking about the event he said: “I have an English heavyweight champion and lots of other European stars, but two champs now out of England. We’re going to England, we’re coming! I’ve got great fights lined up for the UK fans, and I’m excited to get back there.""

Tickets for the event will go on sale from 10:00am UK time on Friday, June 7, via Ticketmaster. However, UFC Fight Club members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets early on Wednesday, June 5, at 9:00am UK time.

Those who registered their interest in the event will gain access to a special pre-sale which starts Thursday, June 6, at 10:00am UK time. UFC fans are advised to register their interest early via ufc.com/Manchester to secure their tickets and for the latest updates on this event.
