UFC 280: TJ Dillashaw looks seriously shredded ahead of Aljamain Sterling fight

UFC star TJ Dillashaw has showed off his super shredded physique a few days out from his fight with Aljamain Sterling.

Dillashaw will challenge Sterling for the bantamweight title in the co-main event of UFC 280 on October 22.

The former UFC bantamweight champion is clearly taking his fellow American seriously – judging by his latest muscle popping snap.

Former two-time champ Dillashaw looks in incredible shape for a 36-year-old.

In his Instagram post, in which the topless star shows off his six pack and arms, Dillashaw wrote: "Waking up 72hrs before weigh ins and looking and feeling like I’m in the best shape of my life."

Dillashaw has spent the past week in Abu Dhabi acclimatising to the current temperature and appears fighting fight as he posed in front of a mirror in his hotel room.

He earned the title shot with a split decision win over Cory Sandhagen last time out having battered his fellow American's calfs with kicks.

Dillashaw is confident should he keep the fight against Sterling on the feet again, he will walk away with another victory.

He told The Mirror: "He's not a very threatening fighter.

"He's not the type of guy you fight and go 'oh my God, not Aljamain Sterling! What if I'm a highlight reel knockout?' Nah.
