UFC 275: Chael Sonnen breaks down how Talia Santos can beat Valentina Shevchenko
UFC 275 is set to have a UFC Women’s Flyweight Championship contest between Valentina Shevchenko and Talia Santos in the co-main event, and MMA legend Chael Sonnen has now given his prediction for the bout.
The official UFC website has the Champion Shevchenko down as the heavy favourite at -630 as opposed to the challenger Santos who is +450.
Does ‘The People’s Champ’ look at the 125-pound contest the same way as the oddsmakers? Or does he think that Santos could pull off one of the biggest MMA upsets ever?

Speaking on his YouTube channel, the former UFC fighter Sonnen would give his overview of what Santos needs to do at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Saturday 11th June 2022 to defeat the Champion.
He said: “If you try to look at that contest and try to think how you’re going to get the jump on Valentina for the better part of 25 minutes? You’re not going to win.
“You’re going to have to break it down into rounds, and then you’re gonna have to break it down into minutes. ‘I need to win this minute’ then if you get really good, if you’re really a mentally tough athlete? You can break it down into 30 seconds. No athlete can do better than that, no athlete can be right here for this punch or this punch, no athlete is that good.
“They’ll say they are, but they aren’t. If they could break it down into 30 seconds: ‘let me just win this 30 sec and then we’ll reboot for that 30 seconds, we’ll do ten 30-second increments and that will consist of a round.’ If you can do that? If you have that kind of mental
