UFC 272: Jorge Masvidal exposes Colby Covington as ‘The Real Street Judas’

Jorge Masvidal has released a brand new video slamming Colby Covington as their war of words continues.

The UFC fighter, 37, uploaded a brutal compilation of old clips to the Canadian online video platform Rumble exposing Covington as ‘The Real Street Judas’ which has amassed 64,000 views.

Covington has frequently referred to Masvidal as ‘Street Judas’ after the pair had a dramatic falling out.

The former best friends turned bitter enemies are set to battle it out in the main event of UFC 272 in Las Vegas next month on March 5.

And Gamebred has warned Covington that there’s more where that came from, captioning the post ‘to be continued…’

The video starts off with a drawing of Jesus Christ accompanied by the official Star Wars soundtrack ‘Duel of the Fates’ playing in the background as the atmosphere starts to build up.

An edited version of an excerpt taken from the Gospel of Matthew then appears on the screen which reads as follows: “Then one of the Twelve, Judas Covington, went to the chief priests and asked,’ What are you willing to give me if I hand Him over to you?’

“And they set out 30 for him 30 pieces of silver.”

It then quickly cuts to a clip of Covington calling Masvidal ‘his best friend’ after his win over Bryan Barberena in December 2016 before doing the same thing again in an interview with Submission Radio.

He can be heard saying: “Jorge is my best friend. He’s the only exception.

“I ain’t got any other friends. Jorge’s like my only friend, man. If you knew the stuff we’ve been through.”

However, Covington then changes his tune, raging: “Jorge Masvidal, I want to end that dude.

“I want to break his face and I wanna end him for just the piece of s— that he is.”
