Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte: John Fury offers to fight 'anybody in London'

John Fury has issued a challenge to anyone who wants to fight him this weekend, including Dillian Whyte’s father.

Tomorrow night at Wembley Stadium, Tyson Fury will put The Ring and WBC heavyweight titles on the line when he battles Dillian Whyte. It’s a fight that the boxing world has been waiting to see for months and while Fury is listed as the clear favourite, many believe Whyte has a chance at causing the upset if he can execute the perfect game plan – or if ‘The Gypsy King’ is off his game.

Alas, while there may have been some tension between them in the past, their interactions throughout the week have been fairly amicable.

Unfortunately, at the press conference, Tyson’s father John Fury wasn’t feeling the love as he squared up to Whyte’s team and tried to start some kind of altercation.

Tyson was forced to intervene before all parties involved eventually went their separate ways, with the incident causing Whyte to take a shot at Fury’s dad in an interview.

Now, during a chat with iFL TV, John has hit back by calling out the entire city of London.

“I run 30 miles a week, I punch that bag every day. I’m capable of looking after myself.

“Anyone who thinks I’m a pushover, come and try it. I’m in London, I’ll shy away from nobody. Come and try it.

“If Whyte wants me to fight his dad, no problem. If they want it, come for the weigh in and have it.

“Anybody in London, I’m here till Sunday. Let’s get at it. Enough of the s**t talk. If they want me in the ring, it’s £1 million. In a car park, it’s free.”
