Tyson Fury makes bleak prediction for Anthony Joshua: ‘His career is over’

Tyson Fury has mocked ‘useless old dosser’ Anthony Joshua, saying he will lose his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk and his ‘career is over’.

The long-expected fight between Fury and Joshua now looks further away than ever as their paths diverge again.

Fury is set to defend his WBC and Ring Magazine heavyweight titles against Dillian Whyte next, while Joshua will attempt to regain the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO titles in a rematch against Usyk.

Fury cannot see AJ achieving that goal, though, and has serious doubts over ever getting in the ring with his British rival, believing he is finished at the top level.

In fact, he says he never rated him as a top level fighter anyway, dismissing his Olympic gold medal in 2012 and mocking his 2019 defeat to Andy Ruiz.

‘I think he’s useless old dosser, Anthony Joshua,’ Fury told ESPN. ‘He got gifted a gold medal in London, robbed the Cuban blind in the first fight, so shouldn’t have been given a medal.
