Tyson Fury gives training update ahead of Francis Ngannou fight

Tyson Fury has given fans an update on his training camp ahead of his big fight with MMA fighter Francis Ngannou. Tyson is set to take on the former UFC heavyweight champion on Saturday, October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Fury made an appearance at the AO Arena in Manchester where his younger brother Tommy will be fighting Youtuber turned boxer KSI in the main event. Speaking to DAZN presenter Ade Oladipo in front of a sold out arena, Fury first joked that he was still a "fat f***er" before adding that: "Camp's good you know, I've been training for nine weeks nonstop, everything's going well. I don't leave any stones unturned ever, that's why I've been undefeated for 15 years."

When asked about how seriously he will be taking Ngannou who is set to make his professional boxing debut against Fury, Tyson, 35, said: "The man's got 20 fights. He's gone from being homeless to world champion in six years.

"I don't underestimate anybody like that. I take him 100% serious, I trained as hard for him as I did Wilder, Klitschko, anybody and you know, I gotta do my job.

"There's no forgone conclusions and I don't count my chickens before they hatch. Everyman has to be respected and has to have the credit for getting in that ring.

"So, If it's anything less than an absolute war then I'll be in for an easy night but I've prepared for an absolute battle royale."

Fury will be watching KSI and his brother Tommy Fury finally settle their rivalry in the ring tonight on a highly-anticipated boxing card at the Manchester Arena.
