Tyson Fury 'agrees' Derek Chisora trilogy fight with venue named

Tyson Fury appears set to fight at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on December 3rd, with Derek Chisora his opponent in what will be a trilogy fight for the pair who have previously met in 2011 and 2014.

Eight years after they last met, Fury looks primed and ready to take on one of his old foes in the state of the art home of Premier League club Tottenham. Fury's last fight also took place in North London in April as he beat Dillian Whyte at Wembley in front of more than 90,000 fans.

Any fight for Fury was previously expected to take place at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, with the self-styled Gypsy King expected to fight under the roof in the Welsh capital against Anthony Joshua. However, it looks as though a night out in the cold December night is the option for Fury who will take on 'Del Boy' in his home city of London.

Nothing has been confirmed by promoters, but ESPN have reported that an agreement is close for Fury to take on Chisora ahead of a potential unification fight against Oleksandr Usyk next year.

Fury has comfortably dispatched Chisora in both of their previous fights, and with the Londoner having lost three fights in a row before beating Kubrat Pulev in July it is expected to be a comfortable night for Fury.

British boxing was ready for one of its biggest ever nights, with Fury having looked set to take on Anthony Joshua later this year before talks broke down. Now, a fight which nobody expected as the 38-year-old Chisora will take on the undefeated WBC champion.

However, Chisora has recently denied any knowledge of the fight, telling iFL TV when asked about a Fury fight in December. “No I’m not. I’m serious.
