Triple H's response to Seth Rollins' emotional SummerSlam tweet has excited WWE fans

Seth Rollins and Triple H’s interaction on Twitter yesterday should make for interesting reading for WWE fans.

WWE announced yesterday that Seth Rollins v Riddle won’t take place at SummerSlam, with Riddle out of action due to an injury.

It’s since emerged that the injury is a storyline, which essentially means that WWE made the decision to keep two of its hottest stars off the second biggest Premium Live Event of the year.

In response to the news, Rollins posted a rather emotional tweet, apologising to the fans who purchased a ticket to see him wrestle at the show.

The former Universal Champion said that he’d done everything he could over the last six months to earn a spot on the show, and hinted that WWE higher-ups aren’t listening to the fans that sing his song.

For anyone who purchased a ticket to #SummerSlam hoping to see me in action, I apologize. I did everything I could over the last 6 months to earn my spot on this show, but some things are out of my control. Thank you for always singing my song. They’ll hear ya someday.

Immediately after he posted the tweet, fans were concerned that he was legitimately unhappy at WWE’s decision.

However, Triple H has now responded to the tweet, and the post from the new Head of Creative has left WWE fans excited.

As you can see below, Triple H told Rollins that he “hears” the fans, with many now excited to see what happens next.
