Trabzonspor set to sign Fabinho on free transfer

Aug 24 : Fabinho is set to link up with ex-Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah at Trabzonspor after the Turkish Super Lig side posted a photo of the 32-year-old Brazilian wearing their kit onboard a private jet.

"A familiar face is waiting for me in Trabzon" said Fabinho in the Trabzonspor social media post.

Fabinho joined Saudi Arabia's Al Ittihad in 2023 after his five-year stint at Liverpool and is now a free agent.

Egyptian forward Salah also joined Trabzonspor as a free agent earlier this month.
