Tottenham XI vs Middlesbrough: Predicted lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest for FA Cup game today

Tottenham have a familiar injury list for tonight’s FA Cup fifth-round trip to face Championship side Middlesbrough.

Oliver Skipp (infection), Rodrigo Bentancur (ankle), Japhet Tangana (knee) and Lucas Moura (knock) remain sidelined, leaving Conte short of options at the Riverside Stadium on Tuesday night.

“We have the same players, the same squad that we had for Leeds,” manager Antonio Conte said Monday. “No Skipp, no Tanganga, no Moura, no Bentancur.”

Back-up goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini may return to the squad after missing two matches through illness.

With Spurs’ next Premier League game, at home to Everton, moved to Monday, Spurs have six days rest after ‘Boro but Conte is like to make some changes, with the likes of Davinson Sanchez and Steven Bergwijn in need of a start.

Eric Dier and Heung-min Son could be rested, while Sergio Reguilon may return at left wing-back after missing the last four matches.

With limited options in midfield, Harry Winks and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg are set to start again, unless Conte decides to hand Harvey White a full debut.
