'Too little too late!' Residents annoyed as burst pipe leaves homes without water

Residents and businesses have spoken of their frustration after a burst water main left roads flooded and homes without water in Bury. Locals say the pipe began leaking on Hornby Street in the early hours today (August 18).

Donna Ball, executive director at Bury Council said on Twitter the issue was affecting 'many homes and businesses.' She said she anticipated 'normal business' by lunchtime.
