Tom Aspinall set for huge UFC London main event against Curtis Blaydes

UFC has announced that Tom Aspinall vs Curtis Blaydes will serve as the main event on July 23 in London.

At this moment in time, there’s certainly an argument to be made that the UFC’s heavyweight division is as stacked as it’s ever been. In addition to having big names and significant power punchers, a new breed of stars are beginning to come through – and they’re incredibly well-rounded.

Tom Aspinall is one such example of that with his speed, precision and composure serving as three of his best attributes. On the flip side, Curtis Blaydes is beginning to blend his superior grappling together with some improved skills on the feet.

After much speculation over what kind of card the UFC will put on upon returning to the English capital this summer, it’s now been confirmed that these two juggernauts will collide in the main event at the O2 Arena.
