Titans' Derrick Henry looks shredded as he rocks epic muscle tank top

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is showing off both what he has been working on and what he aspires to me in an epic photo at training camp.

Derrick Henry is without a question one of the most dominant running backs in the National Football League right now, leading the league in rushing in two of the past three seasons (including only the 8th 2,000 yard season in 2021), helping the Tennessee Titans to become one of the teams with an outside chance of making the Super Bowl every year.

However, whilst he has been dominant in the regular season, the past two trips to the playoffs have been something of a disappointment for him. He was held to just 40 yards by the Baltimore Ravens in 2020 and then last season was hampered by an injury he picked up in the regular season as they lost to the Cincinnati Bengals picking up just 62 yards off 20 rushes.

But this season is the chance to put down a fresh marker on the league and make up for the failures that he has been through in the past two campaigns, and as he’s more than happy to document, he has certainly been bulking up to inflict even more punishment on opposing defenders.

During the offseason Henry has been posting pictures and videos of him working out in various methods, including this video that shows off pretty much every muscle that he has in his body:
