Time's up: Vieira may finally axe "inevitable" 142-goal Palace dynamo as twist emerges - opinion

Crystal Palace are looking to offload their long-serving Belgian striker Christian Benteke this summer.

That is according to a report by The Sun, who claimed that the Eagles are looking to move the player on after a season which saw him begin as a first-choice centre-forward looks to end with the 31-year-old third in the pecking order.

Selling Benteke and offloading his £120k-p/w wage in a bid to sign a hungry 22-year-old striker with vast potential for free would be an astute
