Tiktok clubgoers share clever trick to fool bouncers who wouldn't let them in wearing white socks

A group of savvy clubgoers managed to fool bouncers who wouldn't let them in due to wearing white shoes.

Rachael Silvester, 27, had gone out with friends Manchester to celebrate a birthday, when one boy in their group was turned away because of the shoes he was wearing.

The door staff informed the group that white trainers were not allowed in the club - but this didn't deter the party.

They came up with a brilliant idea of disguising the white trainers to look like dress shoes by covering them with Rachael's friend's socks.

When attempting to enter the club a second time, the group where overjoyed to see the bouncers didn't pay any attention to the DIY disguise, meaning the whole group could get into the club.

Freelance photographer Rachael, from Manchester, said: "He had arrived earlier than us and the bouncers refused to let him in and sent him away.

"Once we arrived, he told us what had happened and our friend Alex suggested the idea.

"Emily started taking off her shoes and then her black socks and stretched them over the guy's trainers so they looked black.

"I found it hilarious so started filming it knowing it would be funny to show people if we did end up getting away with it.

"We all then queued up and the bouncers let him in with no comments! We were all so amused and ended up having a great night."
