Three things spotted in Manchester United training as Erik ten Hag discovers joker in the pack

Manchester United will be going in pursuit of a third successive Premier League win for the first time since last December when they travel to the King Power Stadium to face Leicester City on Thursday evening.

The Reds, who were beaten 4-2 on their last visit to this particular corner of the Midlands, registered a second straight win on Saturday, beating Southampton 1-0 at St Mary's. Bruno Fernandes netted the only goal of the contest, ensuring Erik ten Hag's side built on their 2-1 win over Liverpool five days earlier.

But although United have now moved on from their 4-0 drubbing at the hands of Brentford almost three weeks ago, Ten Hag is refusing to rest on his laurels, insisting a lot more is still to come from his players, as they continue to familiarise themselves with his demands. He, therefore, will be hoping for another progressive performance against Leicester.
