Three-bedroom North Wales home on sale for just £80,000 - but wait until you see inside

A three-bedroom house could be yours for just £80,000 - but the inside is littered with rubbish.

The seaside family home in Llandudno, North Wales, is in need of a major clean up. Photos show a stained bed next to a pack of 11 Stella Artois cans as well as a filthy kitchen.

Other that are meant to be showing off the home capture each room run-down, with piles of rubbish strewn all over the place. Up for auction on March 31, the home is expected to sell for £80,000 North Wales Live reports.

The house listing has been shared on social media with a lot of people commenting on its condition. However, estate agents Allsop has reassured potential buyers that the house will be cleared of all rubbish and unwanted items when the sale of the site is completed.

With a large overgrown rear garden, the property is situated on the north west side of Maesdu Road, to the south west of its junction with Ffordd Las.

It comes complete with three bedrooms, one bathroom, two reception rooms and a very cluttered kitchen. Clutter inside shows stacks of paper piled up in one corner of the room, a dirty unmade bed and a mould-ridden toilet along with rubbish and bags strewn over the rear overgrown garden floor.

Whoever takes on the property will need some serious elbow grease - and a strong stomach.

Allsop auctions say the property will be open for viewing every Monday and Wednesday before the auction but strongly encourage that all viewers wear a face mask and gloves when viewing the property. They also ask people not to visit if displaying symptoms of coronavirus.
