This man has been BANNED from Cheshire Oaks
A serial shoplifter has been banned from Cheshire Oaks designer outlet. Jason Lee Evans, of no fixed address, was handed a three-year criminal behaviour order (CBO) at Chester Magistrates' Court.
It comes after Cheshire Police, North Wales Police and Cheshire West and Chester Council all raised concerns about the 33-year-old's offending. Officers say Evans was identified as being responsible for numerous shoplifting offences.
The Ellesmere Port Anti-Social Behaviour Unit applied for the CBO, which was granted at court last Thursday (November 28). As well as Cheshire Oaks, Evans is also banned from entering the Coliseum Shopping Park area of Ellesmere Port.

Anyone who sees Evans at either shopping centre is urged to contact police. Meanwhile, Evans must also comply with the following conditions:
PC Alex Johnson, of Cheshire Police, said: "I am grateful that the courts have recognised the hard work of our officers, leading to Evans being issued with this CBO. I hope this can provide some reassurance to local retailers and residents that we are doing all we can to deter criminality like this from occurring in our communities."
Anyone who sees Evans flouting the rules of his CBO can contact Cheshire Police online or by calling 101. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
