"This Guy's A Joke": England Star 'Best In The World' Praise For Jasprit Bumrah

India's marquee pacer Jasprit Bumrah became the talk of the town during the second Test against England in Vizag. Bumrah bagged 9 wickets in the match, playing the pivotal role in the hosts' triumph. While All of Bumrah's 9 wickets were special the one that made big headlines was the yorker he had bowled to Ollie Pope in the first innings of the match. The video of the delivery went viral on social media, drawing reactions from all across the globe.

Even England pacer Ollie Robinson was left gobsmacked seeing the delivery, admitting how 'crazy good' Bumrah is.

"Jasprit Bumrah has been crazy good I must have said, 'This bloke's the best bowler in the world,' ten times in Vizag. The way he got Pope out, I was like, 'Oh my, this guy's a joke.' And then he got Foakes out with a slower ball and I'm like, 'Oh my goodness, can this guy get any better?' You watch him and you think, 'Wow, he's good.' And then there's something else where you think, 'He's amazing, can he do anything more?'" Robinson wrote in a column for Wisden.

Robinson even said that he had a chat with England's pace bowling icon James Anderson about Bumrah's impact in Indian conditions, admitting how special he had to be to deliver on a pitch that favours spin bowlers more.

"And as a bowler - me and Jimmy were speaking about it and after the last game - to watch him ply his trade in India is really special because we're always striving to put on a performance like that in these conditions. He's really special to watch. Credit to Jasprit - he's extraordinary. He's definitely given me food for thought in the way that he bowls over here," Robinson further wrote.

Bumrah would look to produce similar magic for India as the team takes on England in the third Test at
