'Think again' - Aston Villa fans react as Burnley grab Premier League lifeline with Southampton win

Aston Villa go to Leicester City on Saturday to play their first game in a fortnight. They also travel to the King Power looking to arrest a run of four successive losses, a sequence that has seen them lose to West Ham, Arsenal, Wolves and Tottenham.

Indeed since they last tasted victory on March 10 they have slipped from ninth and the fringes of the European qualification places, down to lower mid-table and Burnley's 2-0 victory over Southampton on Thursday evening has set a few alarm bells ringing.

Steve Gerrard's men are in 15th place and a healthy eight points above the bottom three, with Leeds and Everton with far more to worry about. However, Villa play Burnley home and away in their final seven games and also finish at Manchester City on the last day of the season.
