The Night Manager star shares behind the scenes update as filming continues on season 2

The Night Manager is set to grip audiences once again with its second season, and star Camila Morrone gives fans a sneak peek from the set.

Tom Hiddleston will charm viewers once more as Jonathan Pine in a plot that unfolds eight years after season one.

BBC One proudly premiered the British spy thriller back in 2016 with a six-episode run. Daisy Jones & The Six's Camila Morrone, stepping into season two, took to Instagram offering fans an exciting behind-the-scenes glimpse.

Alongside a playful picture with co-star Tom Hiddleston, both sporting eye patches and striking a back-to-back pose, she teased: "Pine and Roxana have been MIA workin hard to bring you The Night Manager Season 2", reports the Mirror.

The stellar cast from the first series returns, featuring Olivia Colman as Angela Burr, Alistair Petrie as Alexander 'Sandy' Langbourne, Douglas Hodge as Rex Mayhew, Michael Nardone as Frisky, and Noah Jupe as Danny Roper.

But there's new blood too, with Camila joined by a host of acclaimed actors.

Diego Calva of Narcos: Mexico, Indira Varma from Game of Thrones, Paul Chahidi known for The Serpent Queen, and Beau is Afraid's Hayley Squires are all diving into the espionage action.

Bringing a fresh directorial perspective to season two is Georgi Banks-Davies, taking the baton from Susanne Bier who helmed the first series.

The Night Manager garnered significant critical praise when it was broadcast, earning an impressive 36 award nominations.

It bagged two Primetime Emmy Awards and three Golden Globe Awards for Tom, Olivia, and season one star Hugh Laurie.

In 2023, an Indian version of the show was launched on Disney+ Hotstar, featuring Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sobhita Dhulipala.
