Martin Odegaard turned on the style during Norway’s emphatic 9-0 victory over Armenia on Tuesday night.

The Arsenal playmaker, 23, played the full 90 minutes of the international friendly in Oslo.

Josh King netted a hat-trick in the rout, Erling Haaland and Alexander Sorloth both helped themselves to a brace, while Kristian Thorstvedt and Mats Moller Daehli also got on the scoresheet.

Odegaard provided assists for two of Norway’s goals and had fans on the edge of their seats with one particularly skilful passage of play.

The attacking midfielder took a throw-in and then humiliated a couple of opponents while retaining possession in the process.
