'The league ain't ready!' — Man United fans excited that Antony could solve problem position

Erik ten Hag has been appointed as manager of Manchester United, so of course, with a transfer window approaching, he has been linked with moves for a number of his former players at Ajax. Defender Jurrien Timber is of interest to United this summer, however with the World Cup at the end of the year he is reportedly having doubts about moving to a new league. But could Ten Hag look to a different player from Ajax to solve another problem?

Goal Brazil have reported that Antony's representatives have flown to Europe to speak to United and try and facilitate a deal for the Brazilian winger to join his former manager at Old Trafford. The 22-year-old scored 12 goals and registered 10 assists in all competitions under Ten Hag last season.
