The Ibrox Megabucks era is just around the corner, Celtic will be reeling

For a long time, we the Celtic support, lamented the days where we consistently allowed our talented players to leave the club for big money deals.

We did this despite the fact we were in the ascendency.

It is the main reason, throughout the last decade especially, that we failed to make the grade in Europe.

Youssef Mulumbu was the kind of quality he would bring in to replace the likes of the departing Stuart Armstrong.

This summer is the first time in a long time where we have seen our squad retained to afford us a serious shot at the Champions League groups.

It looks a deal to tie up Aaron Mooy is almost complete and German defender, Moritz Jenz is believed to be in advanced talks with the club with a view to a move to Celtic Park.

It would appear Ange does not want us to be a selling club.
