Teenager from Oldham charged over alleged 'kidnap' in Bournemouth
A teenager from Oldham has appeared in court charged in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Bournemouth.
The charges follow a report to police of a group of men carrying a man into a car outside a block of flats in the coastal town on April 28.
Poole Magistrates’ Court heard that a group of four men were seen leaving a property while carrying another man, who was put into a car before being driven away. Following enquiries, the victim was identified and spoken to by officers to confirm that he is safe, the court was told.

Mohammed Raji, aged 19, from Oldham, was arrested on May 2 and charged with a number of offences, reports Dorset Live.
They include kidnap, failing to comply with a section 49 notice to disclose the key to protected information, possession of a controlled drug of Class B and two counts of possession with intent to supply of a controlled drug of Class A.
He appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on May 5, where he entered no pleas.
The prosecution noted that Raji gave his address as being in Oldham, but appeared to be recently spending his time living in the Dorset area. Magistrates remanded Raji in custody ahead of a court appearance at Bournemouth Crown Court on June 8.
Police investigations into the alleged kidnap are ongoing.
A 21-year-old woman from the Wareham area, a 32-year-old woman, a 38-year-old woman, a 44-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man – all from Bournemouth – who were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to kidnap have been released on police bail, Dorset Police said.
