Swansea City put their Championship campaign to one side for the evening, as they look to make history in the Carabao Cup.

Having claimed the scalp of Premier League Nottingham Forest in the last round, the Swans take on Premier League giants Manchester City at the Swansea.com Stadium, with a place in the quarter-finals at stake.

This is the third cup meeting between the two sides in six years, with the most notable clash coming in 2019.

On that occasion, the Swans raced away into a 2-0 lead before losing in controversial circumstances as City mounted a three-goal comeback.

Can the Swans go one better this evening? It's an unlikely prospect, admittedly, but anything can happen in the cup.
