Sundowns cut Pirates' lead at the top of PSL with win over Polokwane
Mamelodi Sundowns cut Orlando Pirates' lead at the top of the Betway Premiership to three points on Wednesday as they ran out 2-0 winners over Polokwane City at Loftus Versfeld.
A brace from youngster Kutlwano Letlhaku was enough to give the Brazilians the win as he scored a goal in each half.
The win sees Sundowns secure second position with 18 points, three behind Pirates, who have had a perfect start to the season, winning seven out of seven.
Polokwane are in third on 12 points.
Stellenbosch FC and TS Galaxy drew 1-1 in the other fixture on the night.
