Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League hit with 'frustrating' delay
The developers of the upcoming DC universe game Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League have revealed it has been delayed.
The gaming community have heard very little up to now regarding details of the action-adventure title which is being published by Warner Bros Games.
Rocksteady Studios, the developers of Suicide Squad, are also working hand-in-hand with the American organisation to produce Gotham Knights – another game that is based on a Batman spin-off.
As a result, this announcement on Wednesday may not come as a huge shock to some – especially as the industry, on the whole, has been significantly hampered by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sefton Hill, the creative director and co-founder of Rocksteady, told his followers on Twitter how “frustrating” this announcement was but believes it is the best decision for the game.
“We’ve made the difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023. I know a delay is frustrating but that time is going into making the best game we can. I look forward to bringing the chaos to Metropolis together. Thanks for your patience.”
