Stone Cold Steve Austin: Kevin Owens with hilarious cosplay of his WrestleMania opponent

Kevin Owens fooled fans on WWE Raw last night with a hilarious cosplay of Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Monday Night Raw opened last night with a Stone Cold Steve Austin’s music hitting, which the crowd in Chicago popped huge for.

Owens walked out wearing Stone Cold’s signature shorts and knee braces, as well as one of his t-shirts. He also had a bald cap, and did look quite similar to Austin, at least from a distance.

However, Stone Cold didn’t walk out, and it was instead Kevin Owens with a hilarious cosplay of the WWE Hall of Famer.

Owens cut a promo using Stone Cold’s mannerisms, including using the multi-time WWE Champion’s signature “give me a hell yeah!” line.

The crowd, suffice to say, were incredibly disappointed that Steve Austin wasn’t in attendance, but appreciated Owens’ performance in the segment nonetheless.

Owens cut the promo as if he was Austin, and as can be seen above, the whole thing was utterly hilarious.

About halfway into the promo, Owens was interrupted by Austin’s music, and while the crowd finally thought that the wrestling legend was going to come out, he didn’t.

Owens then drank some beer, and hit the Stunner on a member of the crew that he called into the ring.

The segment was part of the feud between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Kevin Owens, which is set to lead to a KO Show segment at WrestleMania.

The segment isn’t going to be a proper match, but Stone Cold Steve Austin is widely expected to get more physical than he has at any other stage since his retirement in 2003.

Make sure you stay tuned to GiveMeSport over the coming days and weeks for more news on WrestleMania 38 ahead of the huge pay-per-view on April 2/3.
