Stockport's lost clubs and bars - from 'wet boxer' contests in Quaffers to pole dancing in Heaven and Hell

Adult-themed entertainment was also on the programme, which included a wet t-shirt contest on a Wednesday night. The competition, aided by a built-in shower spraying water over the stage, was a popular feature.
