Steven Blythe and Gillie Turner serve up singles and doubles titles at Maidstone Tennis Open finals day

Steven Blythe called the shots to win the elite men’s singles title at the Maidstone Tennis Open finals day.

Blythe beat Jack Fryer to the trophy at Freedom Leisure, and added the elite doubles crown alongside Seb Kay with victory over Paul Hydes and Ernst Wellhausen.

Gillie Turner won the elite ladies’ singles and matched Blythe for elite doubles success with Mary Lenihan.

The elite mixed doubles were won by Chloe Taylor and Marek Dabrowski, and the elite singles consolation crown went to Nick Kidson.
