Stacey Solomon says her 'heart aches' as she shares poignant photo from family holiday before returning home

Stacey Solomon was in a reflective mood as she and her family embarked on their "last little adventure" together on holiday before heading home to Pickle Cottage. Stacey, 33, and her husband Joe Swash, 41, have been making memories in Abu Dhabi joined by her dad David.

In a video clip the Loose Women panellist and Sort Your Life Out presenter was beaming as she waved with her children on a trip to Nurai Island, a private island resort. The doting mum-of-five also posted an adorable snap from her holiday collection of her eldest child Zachary, 15, cradling her youngest Belle, who was born in February, in a hammock on the beach.

She explained to her Instagram followers why the picture was so poignant. "My biggest and littlest," she typed. "One day not too far away Zachy will probably go on holisay with his mates instead of us and that makes my heart ache." She added about her first child: "He's so helpful and kind and such joy to be around. To the moon and back Zachy."

On arriving back in the UK Stacey, 33, said she was emotional as she said her dad had taken treasured videos of her "doing normal stuff" with the children. "I've cried 150 times. I can't believe I've got all those little memories," she said into the camera.

Despite looking on top form she explained that she had 'lost her voice', probably from the flight. "Everyone's really tired," she said, looking tanned and radiant as she fed Belle.
