Stacey Solomon left 'nervous' as she opens up on 'intrusive thoughts' to fans' support

Stacey Solomon has told fans she was 'nervous' to share her latest social media post as she opened up about the 'intrusive thoughts' she feels when not keeping busy.

Fans of the Loose Women star know that she's a busy mum-of-five with plenty of TV commitments, her own ranges with George at Asda and In The Style and has also brought into woman-owned haircare brand, Rehab. And while you may think she needs a sit down, that's the last thing Stacey wants to do.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday (March 17), the 34-year-old opened up about how she likes to be cracking on with different things whether that be in her career or home life. She shared a video full of different clips of her painting over a mural in her daughter's bedroom to organising her cupboards while sharing what she's thinking as she's doing each task.

"My thoughts when I'm doing something..." she wrote over the first set of clips. As she painted a wall, Stacey said she was thinking: "Roll, roll, roll...." before counting herself through each stroke. "Goodbye pink tree of nightmares," she then added before the rest of the clips played out.

The Sort Your Life Out host then typed: "Versus my thoughts when I sit down with nothing to do," as she was seen sitting on a lilac cushion-filled sofa which appeared to sit on the other side of the kitchen at her family home, dubbed Pickle Cottage, overlooking the large garden with a playset in the distance.
